Defrost the peas. Peel the garlic. Wash the coriander and shake dry.

Put the chickpeas with the liquid, peas, garlic, coriander, lemon juice and oil into the blender jar. Season with salt, pepper and cumin. Close the jar with the lid and remove the cap. Put on the ZWILLING ENFINIGY vacuum lid and vacuum seal the contents using the FRESH & SAVE vacuum pump. Select the Cocktail programme and mix.

Season the finished hummus with salt, pepper and cumin.

Chill as desired or enjoy immediately.

Serve with pita bread.
Tip
Instead of coriander, you can use flat-leaf parsley or mint.

Mixing under vacuum means that less air is mixed in, so the colour is retained better and the hummus has a smoother consistency.
