A great way to show off your Zwilling 1731 knives or the Kramer Damascus collection, this easel block helps with giving you easy access to your knives, as well as eliminating any food particles that you might find with a traditional slot style block. You can't add something from the right or the left side of the board (for ex. in the photo you can't add small knife under sheers horizontally, cause there isn't any magnet area), this is good cause otherwise the magnet would've been too strong.

They are also kinder to the knife edge because the edge doesn't come into contact with the wood which can dull the knife over time. Takes up minimum counter space and gets those knives out of the drawer, organized and easy to grab onto.

The magnet is very strong, so I've never worried about one slipping off. I also feel like it's a little more hygenic than blocks; I always kind of wondered what's hiding in those slots.
