Sheath For Prep Knife!
I can confidently say, this is a medium Zwilling knife protective sheath fits up to 5" knife. For instance this sheath fits to a 5" Santoku knife, fit to a Prep knife or a Petit cook's knife. It is perfect fit in length and width for meat cleaver knife covering almost half of the blade. Storing your cutlery safely with this knife sheath is deal if you prefer to keep them in your kitchen in drawer. This sheath keeps blades in top condition, scratch free and protect your hands from being cut on sharp edges when reaching into drawers. Perfect for transporting knives in your travelling knife roll to parties, picnics or vacation homes. It is made of durable, high quality PVC plastic that won't dull knife edges, angled entry notch makes it easy to safely insert your knife and to take it out of the blade guard. Leave it to a knife company to come up with the perfect sheath! These come in a variety of sizes to fit all of your blade lengths. Light weight and thin with a soft coating on the inside to protect the edge and keep the sheath on the blade. I use these to store my knives in the drawer but because they are thin I can use them to protect myself and the edges in my travel kit.

If you store your knife loosely in a drawer it’s very dangerous for your hands and bad for the knives as they can dull and chip. The sheaths are great to prevent your knife. They are very easy to use, they are open on the top like an envelope so the knife can be wider then the sheath. It’s the length that you need to make sure is right.

Great protective sheath for your knives
A great way to keep your knife safe when traveling, or storing in a drawer. Big enough to fit paring, prep, boning, and utility knives. With the hard plastic, your blade won’t penetrate through, and with the velvet material inside the sheath, it won’t scratch your knife when you cover the blade.

I take my knives on vacation and having a hard plastic sleeve to cover the blades is very important. The hard plastic size fits my prep knife and my parer. They're also great if you prefer to keep your knives in a kitchen drawer.

What sheaths work for a 5.5” prep and a 5.5” serrated prep knives?
The prep knife offers a slight curve and therefore the available sheath may provide a tight fit, however, it will fit the 5.5-inch knife. please view SKU number 30499-521.
