Can it be customized to include an engraving on the outer glass? Specifically an engraving of the wizard/wizard symbol in the Dungeons

I have a zwilling sorrento plus mug that seem perfect however I see condensation inside the double glass. Please advise. Can I get rid of the condensation by using a microwave? Would that destroy the cup. Thanks
