Rated 5 out of 5 by from This carafe is such a gorgeous vessel to use for juices, teas and cocktails. The distance between the layers makes the liquid look like it's floating inside. Hot beverages stay hot and cold beverages stay cold without forming a sweat on the outside of the glass. Dishwasher safe this carafe will not scratch or cloud over time.

With the lightweight double walled borosilicate glass, you get a carafe that will keep your drinks hot or cold, and won’t condensate on the outside or be hot to touch. This also serves as a great extra carafe to use for the Zwilling French Press, the same size carafe, you can have a couple carafes for serving multiple french press drinks.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I ordered replacement carafes as I broke one 5 weeks ago. The order shipped promptly, but then shipping showed as delayed for over a week. I contacted Zwilling via email, no reply. I contacted them again a couple weeks later via website inquiry, no reply. Today, I chatted with an agent who let me know the were sending me a replacement that I would receive in 7-10 business days. I had already stated that I wished instead to receive a refund and purchase elsewhere since it was taking so long and asked if it had already shipped. They indicated they had been working for weeks with the carrier, and then admitted it had not yet shipped. The agent ended the chat before I could reply to ask that they instead cancel the order or expedite the shipping. I started a new chat and when I requested to be directed to a live agent and gave the order number, I received an auto reply that no agents were available and again the chat was ended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This should be called a juice carafe because it is slightly smaller than what you'd want for water for a dinner table unless there are only two or three people, It holds about 26 or 27 ounces and keeps whatever you're serving perfectly chilled for the entire meal. I love the entire Sorrento double walled glass collection and have several pieces.

It keeps temperature longer, stays cold longer for cold drink and stays hot for hot drinks. No condensation outside the glass, preventing your table cloth from being wet. This doubled-wall glass is sturdy, durable, and handle is comfortable.

The double wall design keeps the fluids cold, but the Outer wall doesn’t get too cold to touch. Definitely would recommend, and hope Zwilling makes different sizes!
