Rated 5 out of 5 by from Utility is in the name A nice, intermediate-sized blade with enough heft for chopping and slicing raw vegetables but still enough dexterity for more detailed work like de-stemming fresh peppers or slicing and mincing fresh garlic efficiently without getting in its own way. A great multi-tasker.
