Has edges that after a couple of minutes of handling the scissor, starts to bother. I have seen other high quality scissors but they have a rounded design; not (quasi) sharp edges.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Feel dull and leave ragged edges on the nails I purchased these scissors to replace my lost nail scissors. When I used my new Zwilling scissors for the first time to trim the fingernails, I was greatly disappointed with the scissors performance. The blades felt dull and left ragged edges on my fingernails, so I had to file the nails thoroughly to remove the raggedness crested by the scissors. Their design felt awkward. I felt they were uncomfortable to hold in the hand and trim the nails. My spouse tried the scissors for trimming his fingernails and said they felt dull to him too. It was an unpleasant surprise to me because I have purchased many kitchen knives from Zwilling in the past and was quite happy with the knives's quality. So I did not expect a subpar performance from their scissors.

This Zwilling Beauty Nail Scissor is not just great for nails, it can trimming excess cuticle and this is what this tools is better used off. An excellent mani-pedi must have. Great for trimming and snipping hanging skin and nails on your fingernails and toes. It can also be used for trimming unwanted facial hairs though it has sharp edge, it does works too.

In 2018 they broke at the sauter point and for the past 3 years I bought other brands but none compare to the excellent steel and design of these Zwilling J.A. Henckels nail scissors. So I had to buy the again ~ gladly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These scissors are so sharp. Yes I bought them to trim nails but I find myself using them for everything including snipping herbs. They are made out of 18 /10 stainless steel so no rusting or tarnishing and the finish is brushed so no slipping when wet.
