Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Non Stick I purchased this pan recently for eggs and omelettes and I am so pleased with it's performance. Nothing sticks to this non stick! Love the indicator light on the handle which tells me when the pan is hot enough to put food in. Between that function, and the non-stick coating, my eggs are perfect. These pans are extremely well priced and I love the fact that they are made in Italy. They are also dishwasher safe, but to be honest with you, clean up is really easy. I literally just wipe the pan with a damp sponge and I'm done. I have recommended this pan to several friends, and they too love the results.

Made in Italy from cold forged aluminum this pan has a thick bottom for quick and even heating and a pour rim for a no mess experience. The Granitium coating is reinforced with ceramic particles that increase the scratch resistance and allow metal utensils to be used. The handle feels great in the hand and has a thermo point built in that turns red when the pan is hot enough to cook in and green when the pan is cool enough to wash. Easy to clean with soap and water but also dishwasher safe!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Found my pan of a lifetime I cook a lot of Asian and European-inspired dishes which tend to use sauces, so the depth of the pan is perfect. The food also gets evenly cooked, and slides out of the pan like butter. I love the Thermopoint sensor that tells me when the pan is ready to be cleaned. It is sturdy, but lightweight, and I never have to worry about losing grip. Definitely, the best pan that I have purchased.

The non stick coating is baked in so I don’t have to worry about harmful ingredients being baked into my food. I’ve seriously made scrambled eggs with no butter or grease and they didn’t stick AT ALL! I didn’t believe it until I tried it myself. Now it just stays out and I make everything in it. Its very easy to clean since nothing sticks to it. It’s my new favorite pan! I’ll be adding more sizes to my wish list…

They clean up so easy it was unbelievable and the even cooking was an ease to use. Will definitely be buying more pieces as I keep replacing the current brand I have that I thought was good until I started using Ballarini. Knowing at a resort people checking in and out year round using the same pans they had to be a great quality and they are indeed definitely no dissatisfaction or disappointment here. Thanks

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good non-stick buuut When I purchased this product, I was informed it would last years and would not scratch easily. I purchased this August 6, 2022, and it has completely discolored, the ‘hot pan’ notification no longer works and continuously remains ‘red’. The pan has cut gouges in it. We have never cut anything in the pan, but we have used a metal fish spatula in it. It still is somewhat non-stick, but it seems to be wearing pretty similarly to the Walmart brand products I’ve purchased in the past.

It has an amazing non-stick coating that allows you to cook with zero fat; it releases perfectly every time, even with eggs. It has a cool sensor in the newly designed, slip-resistant handle that turns from green to red letting you know when you're pan is at the perfect frying temperature. Its non-stick coating is extremely durable, metal utensil safe, dishwasher and oven safe.

I bought a set of Ballarini from Costco on May 2, 2021. I want to know how to wash after cook and also when there are food stucked/ sticked on the pan, Can I use baking soda and vinegar? Thank you.
