Is the Opus knife 18/10 or 13/0? Your website says 18/10 but doing further research online seems like perhaps it's actually 13/0.

Do these rust? I bought the Opus set 20 years ago and the knives always ended up rusting, only the knives did; the spoons or forks never rusted.
