High quality and super slick
I have both the 12" and 8" pans. Both have a sturdy construction the provides even heating and a great nonstick surface. I have used one or the other almost daily for the last two months and still nothing sticks to the surface. While the packaging does indicate that it is dishwasher safe, I prefer to hand wash between uses as I like to think it will prolong the life of the pans (at least, that has been my experience with cheaper pans.) Obviously, the 8" pan is lighter and doesn't take up near as much space on the oven making is useful for frying a quick egg or two, making a sauce or other cooking for one or two people. Wish it would have come with a lid.

Browns Chicken Breasts
Finally a non stick pan that browns chicken breasts. My old non stick left my chicken breast with absolutely no color, and very unappetizing! Love the way this pan works on the cook top and that I can put it in the oven to grill vegetables and other foods that need a higher temperature to perfect,
The pan is lightweight, and is designed with a V in the handle so that the handle doesn't get hot when cooking on the stove top. It is also the perfect size for making dinner for just my husband and I. This pan is everything I need and want in a pan.

Great Design
This is such a hard working fry pan that can take the heat and keep on providing great non stick.
It is very thick aluminum so it heats up quickly. The non-stick surface is a true work horse; high heat and the dishwasher haven't changed the way it cooks or its appearance. The handle is long and comfortable and is designed to stay cool. It remains my go-to egg pan.

Nice pan, but...
Its a very nice pan, but does not sit flat on our gas stove. The weight of the handle is causing the pan to tilt back lifting the front of the pan off the ground. Doesn't seem safe.

This Motion anodized aluminum fry pan is great for breakfast foods including eggs, omelettes, frittatas, potatoes, bacon, sausage and more! The 10-inch is the perfect size and not too big to move or pick up. The stay cook handle really works well and it is easy breezy clean-up when finished.

Zwilling fry pan
First this is my second Z pan. I like them bc they do an excellent job frying, searing, and EGGS! I will start one dish on the stove top then pop it in the oven to finish while tending to another dish on the stove. Also it’s very well balanced on my gas range a real Intangible plus.

Sturdy pan
Cooking with these pans is a breeze. I have used many nonstick pans and their lifetime has been 2-3 yrs. I bought my Zwilling frypan almost 4 years ago and it still performs great! Very pleased with this line of cookware.

Where are these pans manufactured? The description says "designed in Italy, engineered in Germany", which comes across as a really scammy way of saying "Made in China".

Can the non-stick aluminum clad fry pans be used in the oven? If so, what is the maximum temperature (F).

What is the difference between this and the Madura model? I like that this one has a higher oven heat tolerance which I assume is because of the handle. But I've heard really amazing things about the Madura. Is the only difference the handle?
The only functional differences between Madura and Motion are the handles.

My 10" nonstick fry pan, purchased 11/18, No longer works - eggs stick. Only washed in soap and water and no metal spatulas used. Is there a warantee?
