It's an incredible non stick pan. I have been using this pot on a daily basis and continue to be impressed by the performance. This pan exceeds expectations. With the 5 layers of nonstick, this saucepan is so easy to use because the food doesn’t stick and it cleans extremely well. I like that the handles stay cool so I don’t burn my hands. This is just a really well constructed saucepan thanks to the cold forged aluminum, it heats up quickly and retains the heat well.
