Great Concept, Just not Practical
Not great for large sandwiches or sandwiches with a "spreads". The toaster pressed all of my "spread" out when I pushed down and I had to spend about an hour cleaning mustard out of my toaster. Also, I was only to maybe get a couple of slices of turkey and one slice of cheese and even then it didn't come out very well.

Doesn’t the ingredients inside of the bread leak into the toaster bottom? How do you clean the bottom of the toaster
Hi, thank you for your question! Thank you for your question. When using the sandwich rack with the ZWILLING Enfinigy toaster, some ingredients may occasionally drip, depending on the type of sandwich. To make cleaning easy, the toaster is equipped with a removable crumb tray located at the bottom. Simply slide out the tray, empty any crumbs or residue, and wipe it clean with a damp cloth if needed. Make sure the toaster is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning.
If you notice any buildup inside the toaster, gently shake it over a sink or trash can to dislodge loose crumbs, but avoid using sharp objects to clean the interior to prevent damage.
