Sleek and functional
Easy to use. The grinders look great on the counter and work well so far. Variable grinding sizes too from powder fine to pretty coarse. Motor is decently quiet and honestly maybe quieter than a regular grinder, but the more high pitched sound might not be as satisfying. Takes longer than a hand grinder but it's also better for people who can only use one hand or have arthritis.

Great salt and pepper mill
I had purchased couple electric salt & pepper mills in the past, they are AAA battery operated, and made with cheap materials, this set from Zwilling is so far the best, not only because of the rechargeable battery but also well made and can grind the pepper very fine.

Salt and pepper grinder
The design is beautiful and works well. One thing (minor) I would add to the design: some slight indentation for the button. Just picking up the grinder I somehow press the button resulting in salt or pepper not where I want it. I still recommend the product as this is a minor issue

Why not give us the equipment to charge the mill??
We have not yet been able to use the pepper mill since it did not include a charging plug. It is useless to us and I am still trying to find a plug to fit the cord so I can charge it. Doing it online has only left me frustrated cause I do not know the size. So it is not easy and I am going to send it back.

Disappointing Durability – Motor Slips After Less
I bought the Zwilling Enfinigy salt grinder set less than a year ago (July), and already the salt grinder is slipping—motor runs, but it doesn’t grind anymore. Disappointing for the price. There are no replacement parts available, and it’s not easy to fix. Would not recommend based on durability.

Lovely design and great use!!
When I opened the box I was stunned at the sleek design and how easy it was to hold. I always wanted an electric salt + pepper mill because home cooking with constant manual grinding is hard on your wrists.
The only thing I can complain about is the amount of peppercorns and coarse salt you can hold at once. My manual grinder could hold two times as much.

My pepper grinder stopped working after two years. Can it be replaced?

I just received my mills, but I do not have a block that fits this power cord, as it is not a standard USB. Where can I find one?
Thank you for reaching out! The electric mills come with a USB charging cable, but a wall adapter (charging block) is not included in the box. You can use any standard USB wall adapter—such as one from a phone or tablet charger—to connect the cable and charge your mills.
While the end that connects to the mills may appear unique, the other end is a standard USB plug that works with most USB wall adapters. Just ensure your adapter provides a 5V output, which is typical for most USB chargers. If you don’t have one on hand, they are widely available online or at electronics retailers.

How many peppercorns will the mill hold, the chamber seems small.

Should I wash the grinder before filling it?
You can use a damp, lint-free cloth for external cleaning of the housing. Never immerse the device in water or other liquids.

Why did I receive only one grinder, when it say salt and pepper. Are we supposed to put both of them at the same time? Confuse?
