one broke yolk from
Broken eggs broken heart
Every morning I would wake up excited for the day, and then I would make breakfast! But then, I would use this pan for my eggs. And I would fry an egg, and the egg would stick and the yolk would break, and so would my heart. I tried to love this pan, I tried oil, I tried butter, but it still broke my yolks every day. I had to say good bye. Into the donation bin it went. Honestly I was surprised given that I have Zwilling knives that I love so much.
Anyways, I ended up purchasing a Made by Design frying pan which was a fraction of the cost and not one broken yolk. I am in love again. Happy days are here again!

Stick stick stick
I splurged and bought this set for myself for Christmas, trying to get away from toxic nonstick. I really don’t make much money so this was a big deal. They were so impressive at first but only a few months in (after I could no longer return them) every single thing sticks. I tried ghee, butter, oil. Even trying to fry some freaking bread resulted in sticking. I treated them so gently. Now I have to pay to have them sent back and MAYBE get a new set? What a joke. I’ll have to keep using my crappy scrapped hand me down toxic pans because they don’t ruin my whole meal except for the toxicity.

Great fry pan set
This is a great fry pan set. An upgraded version of the Spirit collection, the Zwilling Clad CFX has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last much longer and is more durable. I use my fry pans on regular basis, making a lot skillet dinner recipes, but they’re great for eggs, breakfast foods. The tri-ply construction of this fry pan set is really well made, it’s not going to be prone to warping or having hot spots in the pan. It heats up really well and retains the heat. I like the functionality of the Clad CFX, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

Great set, having an issue with just one.
Overall this is a fantastic set. I love the sizes, great for single person cooking or for a small family. I have never had any non-stick pans due to the chemicals and I feed little kids and didn’t want to risk it, so I am loving how easy they are to cook on! I only cook at medium-low and low and use avocado oil (no nonstick sprays) and the little pan has been perfect. I do have an issue with the larger pan and some severe sticking but Zwilling has a great warranty so I’m working on getting it resolved. I also don’t love the rivets as food gets stuck around them because they aren’t completely flush with the pan.

Nice set to get both of these handy sizes with one low price. I love these fry pans. I've had nonstick pans in the past that always seem to lose their nonstick quality and warp in the middle when heated but these pans are so thick and sturdy they heat up evenly and the nonstick is amazing. I can practically clean them out with just a wipe of a paper towel when I'm done. The handle is comfortable to lift and is stay cool and metal utensils don't scratch the ceramic. I'm really pleased with these pans.

Nonstick coating inconsistency
The nonstick surficial coating on these two pans was inconsistent. I have a larger sauce pan that has been great, so that's why I purchased this set. The larger fry pan has been fine so far, but the smaller pan is only marginally nonstick. I find my myself scraping eggs and just about anything else I cook in it. Maybe I received a pan of poor quality, but I can't recommend purchasing this set.

Green, Healthy Cookware
Clad CFX is one of the best non-stick cookware on the market. Ceramic non-stick coating is the greenest and healthiest option, but not all are created equal. CFX is the next generation influenced by the best German engineering and technology, providing amazing non-stick properties that can tolerate high heat and the dishwasher. It's also extremely durable and more tolerant of light use of metal utensils. But it's not just about the coating; this pan has a three ply construction with an aluminum core which is one of the best heat conductors. Food will not only heat up quickly but evenly as well...no hot spots. The handle has a V-shaped design to help disperse heat, keeping it cool for long cooking times. And it's induction compatible!

After about 2 weeks, the frying pan coating is already chipping on the edges.

When I gently peeled off the sticker that is placed on the surface of these pans, some of the coating came off along with the sticker. Is it safe to use? I'm outside the return window. (Seems like a poor choice to place the sticker here.)
