Now that I’ve done lots of research, I love these pans. I primarily make scrambled eggs on them and they come out perfect. That’s something I thought I’d never be able to do lol. But here we are. I got rid of all of my non-stick pans and use these with NO issues. I love them.

How thick is the cooking surface?

Both pans are uniformly 3 mm thick. The actual weight of the smaller pan is 2.7 lbs, and the actual weight of the larger pan is 3.4 lbs.

Do either (or both) of the pans have helper handles? Most of the pictures show pans with no helper handles, but the fifth (last) picture shows a pan with a helper handle opposite the main handle. Thanks in advance!

However, you can achieve a natural non-stick effect by preheating the pan, adding a bit of oil, and allowing food to sear before flipping. These pans offer excellent heat distribution due to their aluminum core, are oven-safe, and work with all stovetops, including induction.
