Will the adapter ring work with a tall 5 qt Staub cast iron pot?
Asked by: Stephcooksalot
Thank you so much for your question! The adapter ring is specifically designed for use with the 4-quart STAUB Dutch Oven in combination with the STAUB Precision Induction Multi-Cooker. Since it is sized and engineered for the 4-quart model, we cannot guarantee compatibility or optimal performance with the tall 5-quart cast iron cocotte.
To ensure safe and efficient cooking, we recommend using the adapter ring with the 4-quart Dutch oven it was designed for. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Zwilling customer service team at hello@zwillingus.com, any of our associates will be happy to help!

Is there a way to adjust the baseline slow cooker temps? I’ve used this three times and the low setting is not even close to adequate for fully cooking meat. A basic pork tenderloin is not fully cooked after 8 hours on low…not sure if I have a dud?
Asked by: Coffee is Life
Hi, It sounds like your slow cooker isn’t quite giving you the results you’re looking for, but don’t worry—you don’t have a dud! Our Precision Induction Multi Cooker operates a bit differently from traditional slow cookers, and it may take some getting used to.
Instead of relying solely on the preset cooking icons, you can manually control the temperature and time settings for more precise results. Here’s how:
Turn on the Multi Cooker.
Set Your Target Temperature:
Use the temperature icon to select your desired temperature.
Adjust using the “+” or “–” icons. The lowest setting starts at 104°F, giving you total control.
Set Your Timer:
Once the temperature is set, use the “+” or “–” icons to set your desired cooking time.
This flexibility allows you to better tailor the cooking environment to your needs, ensuring even those tougher meats, like pork tenderloin, cook fully and come out deliciously tender. We recommend experimenting with slightly higher temperatures (or a longer cooking time) to achieve the desired doneness on your favorite dishes.
If you have any other questions about using your Multi Cooker, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
