Quality
While there are a few mirror glaze imperfections, as with all STAUB cookware, it is the best cast iron cookware on the market place. I had a “LeC” pot way back. Used it 5 tines, then gave it away. Swore by STAUB ever since

8.5 Oval Cocotte.
This cocotte is so beautiful with no sign of imperfections. I don't know whether to polish it or use it. I have a smaller Staub oval cocotte, but wanted a bigger size for large portion cooking recipes. I own 15 different Staub cast iron pieces which are beautifully displayed in my open hutch cabinet. Zwilling J.A. Henckets is a great company who stands by their products and consumers!

Beautiful Cookware
Received the 8.5 Oval Cocotte in white truffle, had a tiny spot on the lid which was very minor, considering the huge discount. The color is great, I'd describe it as a modern off-white. White with a hint of gray, NOT yellow, the color does not look "dated" or "old fashioned".
