I looked through many posts and saw the variations of what could arrive - I was fine with any since function is guaranteed. My artichoke arrived with 2 minor blemishes. One grooved scratch on the edge of a handle and a tiny mark on the edge of the base. Even with these, she's perfect! I switched out the knob - they have many knob options and I'd highly recommend since it adds form to function. Overall am very pleased and can't wait for it to make an appearance on my Thanksgiving table!!!

I ordered a few past years with second quality sales, they were all acceptable imperfection but this time this is really drives me nuts! The discolor is way too big and too noticeable. Really sad about it.
