The oval, elegant design in black draws all attention to your fish dishes in a stylish manner. The serving dish can hold up to 0.7 litres and has an attractive appearance thanks to the lid’s striking brass knob. The lid is also equipped with small nubs to redistribute accumulating condensation to the fish, so that it remains juicy during cooking and the flavours can develop fully. All in all, the dish is 36 cm long (including the handles), 8.4 cm high and 20 cm wide. Everything But Wonderful For This Fish Pan!
This Staub Fish Pan is perfect for cooking fish and add few vegetables on the side for a best use of it and maximize this cast iron greatness. Depending on the occasion this fish pan can also be used for baking desserts and appetizers. It'll fit a good size fish either fillet fish or whole small fish.

I gave up eating meat several years ago and always looking for a new way to cook fish. I found it in this Staub Cast Iron Pan. Use it for Salmon & Haddock and like to cook at a high temperature. This is the perfect pan for that.

Fancy detail on the lid, which I am so happy to have. Perfect for side dishes! The performance is everything you would expect from Staub. Exceptional browning and release due to the innovative black matte interior. I can usually wipe this put with a damp cloth. Great size and shape.

With or Without the Cover, This Dish is Adorable
Cooking is good cast iron is a joy for me. I like that I can sear and fry and roast at high dry heat. This dish is no exception. It's a perfect for a good sized entree for one or for side dishes. The cast iron cooks evenly and heats food to perfection.

How many quarts is this oval covered baking dish?

Does this size, 9"x6.6" oval, come without a cover? I would like to purchase a cast iron dish approximately this size, but I do not want a covered dish. I did purchase the mini Staub from Bed Bath and Beyond, but that was too small (5"x3"). Thank you.
