Just a great Staub pan
Great grill pan. Works equally well for grilling meats & poultry as well as vegetables. Meaty fish such as salmon and swordfish are terrific in this grill pan. Delicious, moist meals in a few minutes with just a bit of salt and favorite herbs. After a few uses, the pan becomes well seasoned and easy to clean.
