Hazard: The handle on ZWILLING’s ENFINIGY electric kettle (1.5 l) and ENFINIGY Pro elec-tric kettle (1.5 l) models may in isolated cases loosen or break off. This can cause hot water to spill out uncontrollably. Users or people nearby may therefore be at risk of being scalded. In one case, second-degree burns have already occurred.
Remedy: As a quality brand, we at ZWILLING are committed to ensuring our products are safe and our customers are satisfied. We have therefore decided to recall the electric kettles. You will of course receive your money back.

IMPORTANT: Please stop using the affected kettles immediately. The process for registration in order to receive a reimbursement is currently under approval by the CPSC and available by late April / early May. The following contact options are available:
