Limited Warranty
Zwilling J.A. Henckels, LLC ("Zwilling") warrants to the initial purchaser that Zwilling products will be free of defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase for as long as said purchaser owns the product. This warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States from Zwilling or a Zwilling authorized seller located in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Zwilling products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers that are required to follow Zwilling's policies, procedures, and quality control standards. Zwilling reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, alteration, negligence, or use of the product other than its intended purpose.
To be eligible for warranty coverage, the original purchaser must provide valid proof of purchase. Acceptable proof of purchase includes an original sales receipt, order confirmation, retail purchase invoice, or credit card/bank statement showing the purchase. Proof of purchase is required to verify warranty eligibility, the purchase date, and the authorized retailer. Warranty claims submitted without valid proof of purchase cannot be processed.If your Zwilling product is damaged and qualifies for this limited warranty, Zwilling will provide a replacement of the same item whenever possible. If the product is no longer available or out of stock, Zwilling reserves the right to replace it with a comparable product of equivalent quality and value. Zwilling also reserves the right to deny warranty claims for products determined not to be defective or that exhibit normal wear and tear.
Before Sending in Your Product
Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following important information:
- • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Warranty claims cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase.
- • If your Zwilling product is defective and qualifies for this limited warranty, Zwilling will provide a replacement. If the product is discontinued or no longer available, Zwilling may, at its discretion, provide a comparable product of similar quality and value. Repair services are not offered.
- • Zwilling does not provide repair services. Customers seeking repairs should consult an independent repair professional. Any damage resulting from repair attempts may void this limited warranty.
- • Sentimental items should not be submitted with a warranty claim. Products received for warranty evaluation are reviewed and, when applicable, recycled. Submitted products cannot be returned if you choose not to accept the replacement provided.
- • Do not include personal items such as knife holders, knife cases, pan protectors, or decorative wrapping, as these items will not be returned.
- • Replacement delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.
- • Zwilling retail stores are unable to process warranty claims. Please submit your warranty claim through our Support Center.

There are no warranties that extend beyond those expressly stated herein. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Zwilling shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
