Best boning knife
I just bought another one of these knives at the Zwilling store having used one as my boning knife when I worked as a professional butcher 20 years ago. I remembered this knife holding a sharp edge very well, having a bit of flexibility, and a very comfortable handle that is durable and easy to clean. I'm thrilled to be able to use this knife again, was the best I ever used in my opinion.
