Knives from the TWIN® Cuisine series are the perfect combination of a classic full tang knife and a modern knife with a plastic handle. The continuous steel is fully fused in the handle and inextricably linked. With this knife set, the full tang also lies across, which ensures a better hold and a good balance. The 2-piece knife set consists of a Santoku Knife and Shear. The special handle technology makes the knife functional, the special blade steel ensures the high quality of the blades. The additional ice hardening makes the FRIODUR® knife flexible, particularly sharp and corrosion-resistant. A high level of precision and optimal balance when cutting are guaranteed in this knife by the bolster and the blades forged from one piece.
