Sharp edges in the wrong placeHaven't used it yet but all the edges are squared and sharp. Pinch gripping kina hurt your fingers. I have never come across any knives is that sharp on the edges, not even cheap knives from Ikea although I don't owe one. I have purchased many different knives from Zwilling, chef knives, carving knives, bread knives and they all performed well and have good finish to it. I have a Henkel cleaver now and thought this would be a upgrade. What a disappointment.
Hello, will this knife fit into a slot in the block issued with starter set? I have this block with several empty spots. I have 8" chef,6" utility, 4" paring, 8" bread, sharpening tool and scissors. What other knife type is recommended as most needed?
