PRO EARTH DAY
The steel is made from 90% recycled metal and produced with 50% fewer CO2, while the block is made from FSC-certified thermo beech from the EU. Sustainability worthy of Earth Day.
WOOD FROM SUSTAINABLE FORESTRY
Handles and block are made from FSC®-certified wood. The handles are made from Kotibé wood with impressive durability in the familiar triple-riveted design. The block made from local thermo beech achieves outstanding durability even without wood preservatives or chemicals.
UNCOMPROMISING IN QUALITY AND CUTTING PERFORMANCE
The curved bolster allows you to cut safely and precisely and the special shape intuitively guides you into the right grip position for easy and precise work. Milan-based designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez have created ZWILLING PRO knives for ambitious chefs with a passion for excellent design.
Significantly reduced emissions
Innovative, optimised steel production reduces CO₂ emissions in the manufacturing process as much as possible, e.g. by using low-emission energy, prioritising the use of recycled material (at least 90%) and avoiding cooling phases.
