Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broke on very first use. Looks nice, but I never got to use it. This unfortunately broke on the very first use. I put a mixing implement in this to mix up some sugar and it broke the bottom on the very attempt to prepare a mixed beverage. It has a nice design, but only in the pamphlet that is at the bottom of the box, does it warn you not to mix or add things to the carafe. There should be a warning sticker affixed to the carafe, so that it cannot be missed. Only liquids should be placed in this carafe as the hand blown glass walls are thin and fragile.
