ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of over 285 years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip. Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A. Henckels, the company that sets the standard for exceptional cutlery worldwide. The ZWILLING Pro Chef's Knife is the workhorse of the kitchen. Whether chopping, slicing, or dicing, the broad blade and comfortable, balanced size will quickly become the go-to knife for everyday tasks. This product may have minor visual imperfections, though this will not affect the product's performance. Additionally, this product comes with a full warranty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Visually impaired 20 cm Zwilling Pro chef knife Was barely able to see the imperfection on the handle without an extremely close examination. The only issue I have with this knife is its ability to stay sharp. If it could manage to be manufactured with a harder steel with higher carbon content, the edge would stay much sharper for a longer period of time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bent Tip It's an outstanding knife when no imperfections exist. Visual imperfection should not apply to damage to the blade. My knife arrived looking like the tip of the knife had impacted something bending the tip to about 30 degrees. The bend originated about 1/4 inch from the tip. The knife likely fell tip down and the tip bent. This would impact the the ability plunge the knife as the tip was not straight. I would not consider this a visual imperfection.
