At the same time, the SIGMA Classic sandwich base heats quickly and evenly while the aluminium core stores the heat over a long time. The universal pan is made with premium 18/10 stainless steel and therefore suitable for use on induction hobs. Naturally, you can also use it on all other types of hob too. Pico series cookware is space-saving and incredibly robust.
