Crafted from a 4mm plate of tough CMV60 stainless steel, this knife features a durable one-piece construction designed for demanding outdoor use. Developed using ZWILLING’s kitchen knife expertise from Seki City, Japan, it offers excellent corrosion resistance, long-lasting sharpness, and easy handling. The blade is set at an approximately 35° angle, optimized for reliable cutting in rugged environments.
