The 4-ply Duraslide® Granite non-stick coating offers 100% improved wear resistance compared with conventional non-stick coatings. The pan’s solid forged aluminium core ensures even heat distribution. Due to the high-quality stainless steel layer on its base, you can use this frying pan on induction hobs as well. The pan can be held securely thanks to its ergonomic handle. With a diameter of 28 cm, it is ideal for preparing larger portions.
