Kanren, which means “connection” in Japanese, is a collection that beautifully illustrates the union of German engineering with Japanese craftsmanship. sharp and lightThis knife is beautifully balanced and a pleasure to hold. The blade is razor sharp and can make quick work with vegetables. I find the narrow profile of the blade decreases drag on the item being cut or chopped, making prep work easier. Recommend.
