The star of the set is the vacuum pump with cap. This practical hand-held vacuum pump comes without cables or hoses, so is satisfying to use with its easy handling and is designed with modern La Mer colors. For vacuuming you only have to press the vacuum pump button, and in a few seconds the air is removed from the FRESH & SAVE vacuum container. Of course you’ll find the right containers included in the set. For example, the glass vacuum box in the large size. The kitchen canister is made from high-quality borosilicate glass, is airtight and odor-proof, suitable for the microwave and ovenproof without the lid up to 180°C. It has space for preparation and then serving complete meals or delicious bowls and is easy to clean, as it’s dishwasher-safe. You get a flat, semi-transparent, large-sized lunch box in the set too. This vacuum container has been designed as extra-flat and is made of light, shatterproof, BPA-free plastic. So it has all the best requirements for transporting in an office bag, rucksack or satchel for great freshness on the go. But it can also be stored in the fridge, for example with your cold cuts of meat.
Five reusable vacuum seal bags round out the set. The resealable vacuum bags in sizes S, M and L are ideal for storing food in the fridge or freezer compartment. They can also be used as sous-vide bags, and thanks to the marinating aid in the set they can also be used for quick and easy marinating of meat and fish.
