Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Blender - extremely poor warranty support I really enjoyed this blender for the 3 months I had it before a little plastic nub on the lid broke, which then rendered the blender useless. That little plastic nub acts as a safety feature which activates the blender when the lid is properly placed onto the jar. Because it is so thin a slight misalignment and a little downward pressure can break it. Now I wouldn't be so put off by this but this simple lid replacement will take at least 2 MONTHS at a minimum! I only had it for less than 3 months! Plus I had to ship it to them at my own expense. So this is the kind of service one should expect for purchasing an overpriced blender. Should've gone elsewhere....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazingly Quiet My wife is working from home and right away it is obvious that the Zwilling Enfinigy Power Pro is way quieter than our old blender, the Cuisinart Hurricane Pro. Without reading the instructions I managed to use the scale for measuring ingredients right into the blender. The built in scale is great for measuring things anytime as its right there on the counter ready to go. I really appreciate the lid that locks in place as the friction fit of our former Cuisinart means I have to hold the lid down. Zwilling has been a trusted quality brand for us so getting the new blender was easy choice. I say it again, that having a quiet blender is worth it just as it is with a high end dishwasher that doesn't disturb everyone near by.
