Perfect for scrambled eggs and even crepes

Excellent at documented temperature
These are great, however they are rated for medium-high temps; stovetop and oven. Provided you stay within their documented heat levels, the result is a beautiful cooking surface.

Disappointed
Ive always thought highly of Henckel products, so after years of having cheap non stick pans I decided to invest in Henckel thinking it would be better than most. Nope...same. Awesome at first but then starts to stick. Im careful how I clean my pans and never scratch them, this was a waste of money.

Rubbish!!
Very poor non-stick quality. The ceramic coating is more of a gimmick than anything. It is good when new but loses its non stick properties really quickly, then everything sticks, regardless of temperature setting. Better off with a well seasoned cast iron pan.
No point in exercising warranty just to get the same rubbish in return.

The worse
Bought these 3 months ago without putting much thought into the reviews. The reviews are accurate. These are absolutely horrible pans. Worse I have ever purchased. Based on this experience I suggest refraining from from purchasing any pans because trust in performance has been severely breached. Shame on them

I am so disappointed with the e poor quality of these pans. They lasted as ‘non-stick’ for only a few uses. They do not wash well they are stained and stick to my food. A horrible cooking experience! I do not recommend these

Food sticks to surface.
After a short period of use, food sticks to the surface rendering the skillets unusable. Zwilling acknowledges this and as the employee said, "I wish they wouldn't describe it as non-stick." They won't replace the four pans that are no longer usable with the 'newer and better' fry pans.
