All knives in the series are made from one piece of stainless special recipe steel with a fine Pakka wood handle. The highlight is that each knife bears a poem by a Chinese well-known poet, litterateur, or philosopher, each representing one of the seven major Chinese dynasties. Every detail of each knife is finely polished, reflecting the Chinese craftsmanship spirit.
