Crummy company. Don’t waste your time
Bought this (Online) a day before the Black Friday event for $99 (Was still a sale price) in which this had gone on-sale for $69. Promptly got onto the phone with customer support who which utterly refused to price match. I had inquired about returning the product because I should be able to return the product and then re-buy under the new price. The agent then said that I would have to pay for shipping back to Zwilling. Agent asked if I would be interested in a 15% discount code for my next order which I turned down as this will be the last time I will be ordering from this company.
