A Thing of Beauty and a Joy to Cook With!This Staub Marmite with the gorgeous Lily lid is a joy to use! Sauté, brown, reduce stock, cook and serve all in one. Excellent for roasting beef or pork, simmering down a sauce to thick perfection, and now my go-to Staub for soups and chowders. Love it!
