  • 50 ml milk or mineral water
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tsp medium hot mustard
  • 1 tsp liquid honey
  • pepper
  •

    TO DECORATE

  • 200 ml fruit juice, e.g., orange or apple juice
  • 4 tsp grated coconut or chocolate sprinkles
  • UTENSILS

  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 ZWILLING TWINNY children's knife
  • 8 long wooden skewers
  • HOW TO MAKE IT

    1. Let an adult help you with this. Wash or peel the fruit. Cut it into the desired shape with the ZWILLING TWINNY children's knife and the finger protection.

    2. For the herbed curd cheese, remove the greens from the radishes, put the radishes in a sieve, wash and drain. Wash the herbs and shake dry. Clean the radishes, halve them and cut into thin slices. Pluck the leaves off the parsley and chop finely. Cut the chives into small pieces with a knife or scissors and set aside.

    3. You can eat the skewers directly like this or decorate them. Pour the fruit juice into a flat dish and dip the skewers in it from all sides. Put the skewers on a plate and sprinkle them with coconut flakes or chocolate sprinkles, which ever you prefer.

TIP: The fruit skewers can also be dipped in liquid chocolate or sprinkled with liquid chocolate.

INFO: The rest of the fruit can be cut into small pieces for a fruit salad.
