INGREDIENTS
1. Cut the cheese into small pieces.
2. Wash and dab dry the fi gs and cut the tops crosswise. Squeeze the bottoms of the fi gs so that the tops open out. Insert a piece of cheese into the opening.
3. Whisk the fi g mustard with 2 tbsp. olive oil and lime juice. Pluck the rosemary.
4. Halve the ham slices lengthways and wrap each strip around a fig.
5. Heat the remaining olive oil in a Staub grill pan on the stovetop and add the figs, placing them next to each other.
6. Drizzle the fig mustard and rosemary mixture over the fi gs and the cheese. Season with salt and pepper and grill at medium heat for about 8-10 min.
