INGREDIENTS
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
2. Quarter the bell peppers, remove the core and seeds.
3. Peel and halve the garlic cloves.
4. Mix the bell pepper quarters with the garlic and olive oil in a bowl, then transfer with the oil to a Staub cocotte and braise in the oven for about 30 min.
5. Let the soft , braised bell peppers cool and then peel off the skins.
6. Return the peeled bell peppers into the braising oil in the cocotte, mix in the freshly picked rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
