INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kg of large potatoes
  • 8 garlic cloves
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper

    HOW TO MAKE IT

    1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C/180 °C fan. Wash and quarter the potatoes and put them in the STAUB gratin dish (27 x 20 cm). Peel the garlic, wash the rosemary, shake it dry and strip the needles off the stem.

    2. Chop garlic and rosemary roughly and mix it with the potatoes. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

    3. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 min until the potatoes get a brown crust.

    4. Enjoy immediately.
