INGREDIENTS
Sandwich
- Butter for spreading
- 2 slices of square whole grain bread
- 2 lettuce leaves (e.g. romaine lettuce heart)
- 2 slices of cheese (e.g. butter cheese, Gouda)
- 4 slices of cucumber
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 1 radish, sliced
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
Also
- 1 small apple
- 1 handful of green and red grapes
- 1 handful of trail mix
- 1 handful of pomegranate seeds
HOW TO MAKE IT
Preparation
Butter the bread slices and top with the washed and slightly plucked salad leaves. Arrange the cheese, cucumber, tomato, radish and egg slices decoratively on top. Place the second slice of bread on top and cut diagonally in half.
To prepare the sliced fruits, wash and dry the apple, quarter it, remove the core and cut into slices. Wash the grapes, allow them to drain well and then pluck them.

Tip
