Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Satisfied Enameled cast iron is not designed to be non-stick. It is designed to be able to stand up to acidic foods like tomatoes, (unlike seasoned cast iron), to not pass on food flavours to the next dish, (unlike seasoned cast iron), to be low maintenance and to be easy to clean. These skillets have performed perfectly so far. Very satisfied with them and have no problems with recommending them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They are not non stick The pans of course are heavy but they are not even close to being non stick. I used them twice and both times they were burnt by the end . Used them as instructed!

I have  bought the blue frying pans I season them with the oil but the food always sticks why is this?
