INGREDIENTS

  • 2.2lbs salmon fillet
  • 2 lemons
  • 14 lemon balm leaves
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. First, preheat the barbecue to 320°F.
  2. Coarsely dice the salmon fillet (debone if necessary).
  3. Wash the lemons and cut them into thin wedges.
  4. Now place the lemon wedges, lemon balm leaves and diced salmon alternately on the skewers. Drizzle with a bit of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the skewers on the hot barbecue for about 10 minutes, turning them regularly.
  6. The skewers are ready to eat when the skin is nice and brown and crispy, and the desired core temperature has been reached.
