INGREDIENTS

  • 200 ml/8 oz cream (30 % fat)
  • 1 sachet (8 g) of bourbon vanilla sugar

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Pour the cream into the beaker. Attach the ZWILLING ENFINIGY whisk to the ZWILLING ENFINIGY hand blender.
  2. Whip the cream briefly, add the bourbon vanilla sugar and whip the cream until stiff.
  3. Use the cream immediately or keep it chilled.
  4. Serve with a fruit tart.

Tip

The cream can also be flavoured with all kinds of other ingredients, e.g. cinnamon powder, freshly chopped mint or chopped pistachios.

Info

The cream is best removed from the beaker using the ZWILLING PRO spatula.
