INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g (9 oz) frozen or fresh shrimps (e.g. King Prawns)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 2 limes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • Salt, pepper

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Defrost the prawns or peel and remove the shells from fresh shrimps. Wash and pat dry. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean, wash and halve the chilli lengthways, remove the seeds and also chop finely. Wash the limes in hot water, grate some zest from one lime and squeeze out the juice. Cut the remaining lime into wedges. Wash the parsley, shake dry, pluck the leaves, chop and set aside.
  2. Mix the oil with the lime juice and zest, chilli, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix the shrimps with it and place on the grid in the ZWILLING air fryer. Cook in the "Shrimps" program at 160 °C for approx. 8-10 minutes, depending on the size.
  3. Remove and serve immediately. Serve with baguette.

Tip

Cook larger prawns a little longer, approx. 10-12 minutes.
