INGREDIENTS

  • 8 slices of sandwich toast
  • 30 g (1 oz) sofr butter
  • 4 square cheese slices or slices of processed cheese
  • salt, pepper
  • 2 stalks of flat-leaf parsley

Also

  • 4 short wooden skewers

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Spread a thin layer of butter on one side of the sandwich slices. Then turn them over and cover the unbuttered side with a slice of cheese. Season with a little salt and pepper, e.g. with the ZWILLING ENFINIGY Electric Salt and Pepper Mill, and cover with a second slice of toast -with the butter facing outwards. Assemble the remaining toast slices in the same way. Cut the sandwiches in half diagonally, place two halves on top of each other, and secure with a wooden skewer. Place the sandwiches on the rack in the ZWILLING air fryer. Bake at 180 °C for approx. 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop. Remove the finished sandwiches, sprinkle with parsley and enjoy immediately.

Tipp

Choose the type of cheese according to taste, e.g. mild Gouda or spicy Cheddar.
