Impart deep smoky flavour to salmon, halibut, shrimp, and more. The stovetop smoker makes cooking fish so easy because there’s no need to worry about sticking. Give the food rack a light coating of spray oil before placing the fish on top, and the food lifts off effortlessly.

The smoker is designed to work with any type of smoking chip you prefer. Try sweet hickory chips with bacon, earthy mesquite with brisket, or delicate apple chips with fish. Or try smoking food with loose tea leaves and rice for a delicate, perfumed, smoky flavour.
