With this robust and simultaneously lightweight 30 cm Industry 3 frying pan, you can fry anything without sticking. Whether you are preparing breaded pork steaks, chicken skewers, veggie burgers, vegetable cubes or potato slices. Thanks to the scratch-resistant ceramic Ceraforce® non-stick coating - free of PTFE - you are also focussing on health. You are sure of a successful result with even less oil. Only use accessories made of wood or silicone to prevent damage. The aluminium body of this Alu Industry 3 frying pan is extra thick and extremely robust. This lightweight pan is easy to handle and cleaning it is a piece of cake. Thanks to the unique Radiant® base, your pan remains stable and in perfect contact with any hob, including induction. The heat is evenly distributed. Changing the heat setting on the hob? The pan reacts super-fast. If you fill it with cold ingredients, even straight from the fridge, it will return to the right temperature really quickly. With Alu Industry 3 you get well a thought-out and easy-to-handle design, with an unbeatable price-performance ratio. The matt black forged aluminium contrasts beautifully with the roughened sandblasted stainless steel handle. Are you a fan of grilling in the oven or flambéing?
